What you're buying
Digital and physical memorial keepsakes, produced using AI tools reviewed by a human before delivery. We are not an emotional support service, a veterinary service, or a legal service.
VAT
Prices are shown in full with no VAT added. Small Goodbyes operates under the HMRC VAT registration threshold, so we do not charge VAT on UK orders. If that changes, we'll update this page before it affects any new order.
Your undertakings
The photos you upload are of your own pet, or you have the consent of the owner. You do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Refunds
See our refund policy. Thirty days, no questions.
Limitation
Our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
