The Keepsake · £219

The full memorial, in one considered package.

Everything in the Essential, plus the hardcover Memoir photobook, a set of 10 sympathy cards for sending to family, three years of hosted tribute page, and a donation to Dogs Trust in their name. Saves £76 over buying each piece individually.

A painted portrait of a pet — sample canvas from the Keepsake bundle

The Keepsake is for people who want the fullest record of a pet they've loved. It packages everything we make — the canvas on the wall, the eulogy in the drawer, the microsite shared with family, the hardcover memoir on the shelf, the sympathy cards sent to the people who loved them too — into one order, at a considered price.

What's included

  • Canvas portrait (30 × 40cm, matte, slim FSC wood stretcher) — painted-style from your photograph, printed locally. Upgrade to a framed version for a gallery-ready finish.
  • Written eulogy — three drafts in different registers. Keep all three.
  • Tribute microsite — a hosted memorial page at smallgoodbyes.com/memorial/[name], shareable by link, passcode-protectable.
  • The Memoir — a 28-page hardcover photobook, 20 × 20cm, cloth-matt cover, with every photograph you sent and the Warm eulogy laid out as editorial spreads.
  • Pack of 10 sympathy cards — A6 folded cards with envelopes. Painted portrait on the front, eulogy excerpt inside, blank for your own handwritten note.
  • 3 years of hosting for the tribute page (instead of 1).
  • £15 donation to Dogs Trust in their name, passed through in full. Certificate emailed.

Why it's £219, not £295

Bought separately, the seven items total £295. We bundle because most customers who want the Memoir or the cards also want the canvas and the eulogy — and offering everything together means a single intake, a single order, and one shipment schedule. The £76 saving is real: we're not marking up individual prices to discount the bundle.

The Memoir is the part most families are surprised by

It's the object people reach for when they're ready to remember, not when they're grieving raw. 28 pages (fourteen spreads), hardcover, 20cm square, cloth-matt finish from Gelato's hardcover photobook line. Cover features the pet's name and dates in a warm serif. Opening essay is the Warm eulogy draft (the one most people choose). Middle spreads pair each photograph you shared with the story you wrote about it. Closes with a colophon — the name of the pet, the year it was made, printed once, for your family.

For a gift

The Keepsake is a natural gift for an adult child commissioning the memorial for a parent's dog, or for a friend who's gone quiet after losing their cat. Enter their details, ship to their address, and the whole package arrives over the first week.

Delivery

Eulogy and tribute page: within a day. Canvas + Memoir + Cards: 5–9 working days to print and ship in the UK. International shipping to 19 countries (£20 surcharge). Each item prints locally so customs isn't involved.

Keeping the tribute page online

The tribute microsite is hosted for three years by default when you buy the Keepsake. Some families want it to live longer — somewhere nieces or nephews can find their grandmother's dog a decade from now. We offer lifetime hosting for £99 extra, one payment, no renewals. You can add it at checkout, or later from your order email.

If the Keepsake is more than you want

The Essential at £99 is the same three core objects — canvas, eulogy, tribute page — without the photobook, cards, extended hosting, or donation. It's the right choice if you want the memorial for yourself rather than to share widely. You can always add the Memoir or cards later by placing a second order.
