How soon will it arrive?
Your eulogy and tribute page are usually with you within a day. The canvas takes 3-7 working days to print and ship within the UK. We also ship to Ireland, the EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan — delivery varies by country and we show the estimate before you pay.
What photos work best?
Clear faces, any angle, any age. Three to ten. We'll use the best one for the canvas and all of them for your tribute page.
What if the canvas doesn't look like them?
Tell us, and we'll rework it. If that still doesn't land, we refund you in full and you keep the canvas.
Can I share the tribute page?
Yes. It's private from search engines by default, but anyone with the link can see it. From the page itself you can switch it to passcode-protected if you want it family-only, or allow search engines to list it.
How long do you keep the tribute page up?
One year from the order. We'll email you 30 days before it expires with a renewal option.
Do you do cats as well as dogs?
Yes. Horses, birds, and small pets — not yet. Drop us an email if you'd like us to.
Can I order as a gift?
Yes. You enter the photos and stories, we ship to whichever address you specify. The canvas arrives unbranded.
Do you use my pet's photos for anything else?
No. We process them to make your keepsakes, and we delete them ninety days after your order is complete.
