We keep as little as possible, for as short as possible.

What we collect

Your email (for order confirmation), your pet's photos and stories (to make your keepsakes), and your shipping address if you ordered a canvas. That's it.

How long we keep it

• Photos: deleted 90 days after your order is complete, or when your tribute microsite expires, whichever is later.
• Eulogy and microsite content: kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Order record: 7 years, for UK accounting requirements.

Who we share with

Our print partner Gelato, to ship your canvas. Stripe, to process payment. Resend, to send email. Nobody else.

Your rights

Email hello@smallgoodbyes.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We'll action it within 7 days.
