The frames
There are two ways to have it framed. A framed poster comes at A3 or A2, in a black or natural wood frame. A framed canvas comes at 30x40cm, 40x50cm or 50x70cm, in black, dark wood or natural wood. Choosing the photo
The best photos for a dog portrait are taken at their eye level, in daylight, with both eyes visible and the nose sharp. A head-and-shoulders shot works better than a whole dog in a field. If the only good photo has someone else in it, that is fine: the portrait is made around the dog.
You see a watermarked preview of the portrait free, before you choose a frame or pay, and nothing is printed until you say yes.
Where it hangs
Most people hang it where the dog used to wait: by the front door, above their bed or basket, or on the stairs they climbed every night. A darker frame suits a black or brown dog; natural wood suits a pale coat and a light room.
