Reply to any email we've sent you and tell us you'd like to cancel. Your refund clears in 5-7 working days. If your canvas has already shipped, you keep it.
If something felt wrong about an order — the eulogy didn't sound like you, the canvas missed them — tell us first. We'll rework it at no cost before we refund. Whichever you prefer is fine.
