On AI
We use AI tools to draft the eulogy, illustrate the canvas, and write the tribute page narrative from your stories. We check every piece by hand before it reaches you. If what comes back doesn't feel right, you tell us, and we rework it — or we refund you in full.
The ambient textures across our site are generated by the same tools we use to illustrate your canvas. The photos of your pet are only ever yours.
On your photos
They're yours. We use them to make your keepsakes and nothing else. Ninety days after your order is complete we delete them from our servers — unless you've chosen to keep a tribute microsite, in which case they stay until it expires.
On refunds
Thirty days, no questions. Digital items refund on request. For the canvas, if it's shipped we still refund — you keep the canvas. We'd rather do the right thing than argue.
What we don't do
We don't generate videos of your pet "speaking". We don't clone voices. We don't write messages "from" them. We don't use AI to imagine pets we haven't seen. If you're looking for any of that, we're not the right place.
